FAQ - SHOP ORDERS
Questions and answers for purchasing through my online shop.
HOW LONG SHOULD IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?
I use Royal Mail services for all of my parcels. Here are the time estimates they've given:

UK - 2-4 working days
Europe - 3-6 working days
Rest of the world - 6-12 working days
HELP! MY ORDER HAS NOT ARRIVED. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
UK - If your order hasn't been delivered by the due date + 20 working days, please contact me.

International - If your order hasn't been delivered by the due date + 30 working days, please contact me.

Royal Mail wont consider your order as lost until a certain number of days past the due delivery date. If your order still hasn't turned up afterwards, contact me and I'll chase it up.
WHAT IF THEY CAN'T FIND MY ORDER?
If after I issue the insurance claim and they still can't locate the lost package, I'll issue you a full refund, or ship out another replacement (If stock is still available).
DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?
I am happy to accept returns.
Just contact me within 14 days of delivery, and dispatch the item back within 30 days of delivery.
Buyers are responsible for postage for return costs.
If the item is not returned in it's original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Custom/personalised items can't be returned.

WHERE AND WHEN ARE YOU NEXT OPEN FOR PUBLIC COMMISSIONS?
All announcements for quotes/commission openings will always be posted on my Twitter @RazzyWolfDesign
I don't have any set dates for when I choose to open for commissions.

CAN YOU REMIND/MESSAGE/NOTIFY ME WHEN YOU ARE OPEN FOR THEM?
I don't do reminders. If you are seriously interested then you just got to keep watch.
HOW MUCH IS THAT IN $, € ETC?
I don't know conversions of the top of my head as they are constantly changing, but Google has an updated currency converter that can help you find out.
WHAT IS YOUR TURNAROUND TIME?
Turnaround time can vary depending on the craft and complexity. Can range from 1 week for a small simple craft to 2 months for a larger and more complicated craft. It also depends on the order of my queue.
WHY DIDN'T YOU PICK TO MAKE MY COMMISSION?
Depending on how many apply for commissions at one time, slots will be limited and I'll have to choose what I want to work on. If you didn't get a chance this time, there will be more openings in the future. Just submit again next time.
Getting angry over this may result in me not picking your commission in future.
WHERE DO YOU GET YOUR PLUSH PATTERNS AND CAN I HAVE THEM?
So far, I've designed and constructed my own patterns by hand and no I do not wish to give them out unless I choose to. If I do make any of my patterns available publicly, they will be uploaded to my Etsy store.
If I use a pattern that wasn't created by me, original artist credit will be mentioned.
WHAT'S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN FURSONA KEYRINGS AND CUSTOM KEYRINGS?
Fursona Keyrings are more aimed towards anthro characters of the Furry fandom while Custom Keychains are for anything else.
WHAT KIND OF HOME IS MY COMMISSION COMING FROM?
All of my work comes from a pet-free, smoke-free, and child free home. I'm strictly vegetarian and always wash my hands before working on my projects.

I have plans on getting a small pet in the future which will be kept away form my fabrics and workspace. If and when that happens, this answer will be updated.
DO YOU TAKE COMMISSIONS FOR FURSUIT HEADS AND PARTS?
I currently don't offer Fursuit heads and parts to commission. At this time I have a limited workspace, so not much room to store foam and faux furs. If I can acquire a larger workspace in the future, I'd be more than happy to make them.
